End of year functions can start to feel a little same old. So for 2025 we did something we’d never done before: a Christmas menu, inspired by everyone’s favourite part of the day. The leftovers.
We launched it early at lululemon’s Christmas in July party, and the response blew us away. Months of testing and tweaking went into it, and watching teams crowd around the truck made every minute worth it.

Christmas, pressed between sourdough
Think about the best bit of Christmas Day. It’s not the lunch, it’s the late afternoon raid on the fridge: cold ham, a bit of turkey, cranberry sauce on everything. We took that feeling and put it in a toastie.
Every toastie was made to order from the truck, with our signature three cheese blend doing the heavy lifting.
