Two food trucks, 600 guests, one brunch, 90 minutes
Function catering in Melton

Six hundred people. One brunch. Ninety minutes to feed them all.
That was the job at the Melton City Council Star Awards, and it’s the kind of job that separates caterers who say they can handle a crowd from caterers who actually do. We parked up beside our sister truck, Round the Way, and got to work.
Workplace and corporate catering that keeps its nerve
Function catering at this size has no room for drama. The guests are hungry, the program is running, and the people who booked you are watching the clock. The only acceptable answer is a smooth service from the first order to the last.
So we ran two food trucks, side by side, like a well rehearsed double act. Between us, 600 guests were fed in 90 minutes. Nobody queued for long and nobody missed the awards.

Here’s the part we’re proudest of: we changed nothing. No special event menu, no gimmicks.
Breakfast catering and food trucks in Melbourne, done properly
Toasta served what Toasta always serves: our toasties, grilled to order on Zeally Bay sourdough, every one of them made like it matters. They’re always special. That’s the point.
Here’s what we put on the pass that day, every toastie grilled to order on Zeally Bay sourdough:
To wash it down: fresh orange juice and water for the crowd, plus two coffee vans on site as part of our coffee van package. Breakfast catering, handled, with the caffeine to match.

We arrive self sufficient, set up fast and clean up after ourselves, and we look after dietary needs without fuss: gluten free, halal, vegan, lactose free and more.
The result
600 guests. 90 minutes. Two trucks. Not a hitch.
