Late Night
Snacks

Midnight toasties, handled.

The main meal is done and your caterers have packed up. That’s when we take over. Toasta arrives with the truck and runs the late-night service from start to finish, so there’s nothing for you to chase. Hot toasties come off the truck and out to your guests on trays, with triple-cooked chips on the side.

(Almost) midnight munchies

Paddy (halal)

All the flavour of a cheeseburger, in a toastie you can eat on the dancefloor. Beef brisket and chuck, American cheddar, onion and pickles, pressed between toasted bread until the cheese melts through and the outside is golden and crisp.

Triple-cooked chips

Every toastie needs a sidekick. Chunky chips cooked three times: first gently until soft, then fried twice, so they come out fluffy in the middle and properly crisp on the outside. Served hot on the side of every toastie, and easy to eat standing up.

Mac

Comfort food for the last dance. Mac and cheese with caramelised onion, pressed into a toastie. Creamy, cheesy and rich, with sweet onion for balance. Vegetarian.

Jane

Made for the cheese pull photo. Our signature toastie with three cheeses: aged provolone, pecorino and mozzarella. Sharp, salty and stretchy. Vegetarian.

Pick Mac or Jane when you book.
