The day after I do

Wedding
Recoveries

Toasties for the morning after.

The big day is done, but nobody’s ready to say goodbye. Toasta pulls up the next day and feeds everyone while last night’s stories get told all over again. We arrive with the truck and run the whole service from start to finish, so there’s nothing for you to chase. Hot toasties go out to your guests on trays, with triple cooked chips on the side.

The hangover cure

Paddy (halal)

All the flavour of a cheeseburger, exactly what last night ordered. Beef brisket and chuck, American cheddar, onion and pickles, pressed between toasted bread until the cheese melts through and the outside is golden and crisp.

Triple-cooked chips

Skipped the drive thru on the way home. These are worth the wait. Chunky chips cooked three times: first gently until soft, then fried twice, so they come out fluffy in the middle and properly crisp on the outside. Served hot on the side of every toastie.

Mac

Comfort food for a slow start. Mac and cheese with caramelised onion, pressed into a toastie. Creamy, cheesy and rich, with sweet onion for balance. Vegetarian.

Jane

Made for the cheese pull photo. Our signature toastie with three cheeses: aged provolone, pecorino and mozzarella. Sharp, salty and stretchy. Vegetarian.

Pick Mac or Jane when you book.
